Missing or Damaged Packages

The shipping agent is responsible for missing packages.  Please contact them if you encounter such issues.  Tracking and insurance is included for all shipments.  If your order is damaged or missing products, please email us immediately at oryzacraftstudio@protonmail.com.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Incorrect Sizing

If a product does not fit correctly, it can be returned for a refund or store credit.  We will accept returns for 60 days after the shipping date if we have record of the purchase.  Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Restringing Service

If a bracelet or necklace breaks, or shows signs of weakening, under circumstances of normal wear, collect all recoverable components and email us.  We can restring the product and replace any missing components (beads, charms, and clasps) for a small fee, including shipping costs.
